Police found 25-year-old James Hanrahan unconscious in his car at about 8:50 a.m. this morning. A short time later, responding emergency medical service personnel pronounced him dead at the scene.
The scene unfolded on a quiet residential street, as police laid Hanrahan on the ground in an alley/driveway behind the residence and placed a white sheet over his body.
At about 11:30 a.m., a small contingent of police remained at the scene.
Police say a the medical examiner will determine a cause of death and an investigation is ongoing.
