UPDATE: The Queens Library is postponing the June 8th storytime session. They will be rescheduling. So stay tuned for an updated announcement!
Our June 8 storytime at Middle Village Library with Council Member Robert Holden has been postponed. We will be rescheduling it very soon!
— Queens Library (@QueensLibrary) June 6, 2018
Join Council Member Bob Holden along with Queens Library President and CEO Dennis M. Walcott for a special story time to demonstrate the important role that libraries play in developing childhood literacy. Advocacy materials will also be available at this story time, including postcards that you can send to our elected officials to remind them to invest in our city’s libraries.
Stand up for your library, sit down with the kids and show our city’s leaders that libraries are for everyone!
Save the date!
This event is scheduled for MONDAY, JUNE 8TH at 10:30 a.m. at the Middle Village Library, 72-31 Metropolitan Avenue in Middle Village. No reservations are needed!
