Here’s what’s on the agenda for CB5 next week

At Community Board 5 next week at Christ the King High School, board members will discuss a BSA application by Manny Kumar requesting an extended variance term of 10 years for his gas station at 66-15 Borden Avenue in Maspeth.

The owner, Mr. Kumar, is proposing enlarging his existing building at the sit and converting the auto shop into a convenience store.

Later in the meeting, a representative from the New York City Human Rights Commission will present on the rights of people with disabilities.

That will be followed by the public forum, review of applications for sale of alcohol, building demolition notices and committee reports.
