Eighteen Allstate agency owners, financial specialists and licensed sales professionals from New York recently came together to secure a $18,000 Allstate Foundation Helping Hands grant to benefit American Cancer Society. The grant will support American Cancer Society’s mission to remember loved ones lost, honor survivors of all cancers, and raise money to help find a cure.

The agency owners, financial specialists and licensed sales professionals earned $1,000 each for American Cancer Society by volunteering at the fifteenth annual Relay for Life of Middle Village.

“As small business owners and community leaders, Allstate agency owners, financial specialists and licensed sales professionals see firsthand the opportunities and challenges facing the communities they serve,” said Don Rubbo, Regional Sales leader, Allstate field senior vice president. “Giving back is core to who we are, which is why we’re proud to volunteer and raise funds to improve the lives of people across New York.”
