Home values are going up in Middle Village

The median home value in Middle Village is currently $684,900, according to the online real estate website Zillow, and it’s going up.

In the past year, home values have risen 12.5 percent, and Zillow predicts it will rise another 5.7 percent this year.

The median price of homes currently listed is $699,000.

According to the website, Middle Village as a neighborhood has shown a sharp increase in value in the last few years. In December 2013, the median listing price was at at measly $439,000. But it topped out at $689,000 in November 2015, and despite a dip in 2016, 2017 is looking better than ever for sellers.
